The Healing Hearts Counseling team has been trained and has experience in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sand Tray, Play Therapy, Theraplay, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and short term brief solution focused therapy. Everyone at Healing Hearts has expertise in Perinatal Counseling, and they specialize in pregnancy and infant loss.
