Military OneSource is a confidential, Department of Defense-funded program providing free support and resources for active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and their families. Services include- *24/7 confidential non-medical counseling (by phone, online, or in person) for short-term concerns such as stress, deployment and reintegration, relationship issues, parenting, grief and loss *Financial counseling, tax assistance, and money management support *Spouse education and employment resources *Health and wellness coaching *Support for families with special needs Services are available at no cost and regardless of location.
