Application process

Online forms must be completed. Children must have a current physical on record and all immunizations must be up to date. This includes the Varicella (chicken pox vaccine), as well as a TB and lead test or waiver. A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate is also required.

Fees

The rates for programs are below, but for low-income families, Learning Connections of Bartonville participates in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). For more information on enrollment in the Child Care Assistance Program, please contact Child Care Connection (309-686-3750). =========================== Non-Subsidized Rates (still, please call to confirm) (please note that "Full Times" includes up to 50 hours per week, with schedules in excess being billed at $1/per hour) Infants/Toddlers Full time: $285 Daily rate: $60 Twos-Threes Full time:$235 Daily rate: $70 Preschool (3-5 yrs) Full time: $215 Daily rate: $65 School Age Full time:$190 Daily rate: $60 Flex care (unscheduled): $12.00/hour **Hourly schedules require administrative approval. There is a two hour minimum usage per day and fees are paid at the beginning of the week on Monday or daily if used occasionally. The registration fee for all children is $75 per child or $120 per family. All registration fees are non-refundable. A written notice is required two weeks prior to withdrawal from Learning Connections of Bartonville.
