Women who -Reside in Bureau, Henry, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island, Stark, or Whiteside County (for other Illinois counties, please call 888-522-1282 or visit https://dph.illinois.gov/topics-services/life-stages-populations/womens-health-services/ibccp to find your local agency) -Are Without insurance or Underinsured -21 to 64 years old (*younger women may be eligible in some cases)
