If you were previously in the Illinois foster care system and are under the age of 30, the DCFS Alumni Drop-In Center can- -Help you get a copy of important documents, including your birth certificate, social security card and medical records -Help you get a state identification card or a driver’s license -Help with transportation when you start a job or training program -Help you connect to community-based adult services to receive the support you need -Help with housing referrals and applications
