Eligibility
Primarily students ages 3 to 21, from preschool through the 12th grade. There is also a program for infants and toddlers in the surrounding area who are deaf or hard of hearing.
In addition, the ISD serves adult clients of the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) who are deaf and hard of hearing, and referred by their rehabilitation counselors
