Eligibility

The Dream Center Emergency Shelter is able to accept (same for warming/cooling center)- -Women (including mothers with children) -Single fathers with children -Couples with and without children (no marriage requirement) -All family units -Males who are 18 or 19, and still in high school *Adult males without children will be referred to both Safety Net (Salvation Army) and Pathway Ministries Men's Residential Center. *There are no time limits for service; clients may use the program for as many nights as needed.

Dream Center Peoria offers a 24/7 emergency shelter that includes snacks, showers, a bed to sleep in, breakfast, lunch, dinner, job readiness assistance, case management services, and storage (not for furniture). Phones can be utilized for job interviews. Day services also include showers and cooling/warming center availability for their eligible population (single women; mothers with children; single fathers with children; couples with and without children; and other family units) even if they are not staying at the Dream Center.
