Eligibility

In-home assistance: Individuals age 60 and older. Those 59 and under should contact their local Illinois Department of Human Services-Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) office. Adult Protective Services Program: Individuals 18 to 59 with a disability and 60 or older. Ombudsman Program: Individuals 18 to 59 with a disability and 60 or older that live in a long-term care facility (nursing homes, assisted living, supportive living, group homes, and similar sites) Other programs vary in their eligibility requirements, so please call.
