Person must not be able to receive assistance from any other program (e.g., Public Aid, etc.), must have a prescription already, and must have a letter from an agency or company (e.g., the Lions Club) verifying their financial status and that they cannot receive help elsewhere. They will then receive an in store voucher, but they must have a letter with the official letterhead and tax ID number of the agency or company.
