Families with children prenatal to 3 years old living in Pekin District 108. Families must also meet at least one of the following criteria: -Low-income families -Experiencing homelessness
  • English is not the primary language
-Teen parent(s) or parent(s) who have not completed high school -Children with a potential developmental delay -Foster families -Families living without a support system
