Eligibility
Those in need of medical care, primarily. Sometimes transportation requests are granted for funerals and humanitarian situations, such as caregiver exchanges, visiting an ill relative, relocation due to domestic abuse or human trafficking, taking children to special needs camps, refugee assistance, and disaster relief.

LifeLine Pilots facilitates FREE transportation for such medical needs as on-going medical treatments, diagnosis, and follow-up care. Lifeline Pilots can also choose to assist passengers with transportation for funerals and humanitarian situations, such as caregiver exchanges, visiting an ill relative, relocation due to domestic abuse or human trafficking, taking children to special needs camps, refugee assistance, and disaster relief.
Flights can be from anywhere in the Midwest and to a destination between 100-1,000 miles away. There is no limit to the number of times a passenger can fly with Lifeline Pilots.
