The Illinois River Valley Special Recreation Association (IRVSRA) is a cooperative extension of Pekin and Fon du Lac Park Districts to provide recreational programs and leisure services for residents with developmental disabilities. Integrated and specialized programs are available for residents and nonresidents with special needs.
