Eligibility
In-Home Assistance: Children and adults, age 59 and under, who have a severe disability. Please note that individuals who have a traumatic brain injury or HIV/AIDS are not bound by this age requirement. Anyone else age 60 or over in need of in-home assistance should contact CCSI - Case Coordination, LLC at 309-647-2222 or 309-306-4550
Vocational Rehabilitation (Fulton County, please use Pekin/Tazewell County DRS office-- 309-353-5996--for this service): Individuals age 16 to 64 years old who have a significant physical or mental impairment that makes it difficult to go to work.
