Individuals seeking free STI/STD services; individuals living with and affected by HIV/AIDS; and members of the LGBTQI+ community. Serves Peoria, Woodford, Tazewell, Marshall, Putnam, Stark, LaSalle, Knox, Fulton, McLean, Mason, McDonough, Hancock, Henderson and Warren counties.
