The Arc of Illinois offers the Assistive Technology Program for persons with intellectual/ developmental disabilities who have received an evaluation/assessment from a qualified provider but the assistive technology purchase is not subsidized by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. The maximum amount funded will be $500.00 per person or family. In order to help more people, the program can only fund one device or type of software.
