Eligibility
Children ages three to five in the Marquette Heights/North Pekin School District
Students with the highest risk factors are placed in the program first. This includes but is not limited to: low income, homeless, DCFS involvement, foster families, developmental disabilities, pregnant and parenting teens, single parents, grandparents raising children, social isolation, social emotional delays or concerns, English Language Learners, limited access to transportation and/or communication, and any other situation that might have a negative effect on a child and their development.
