Eligibility

In general, anyone with a disability. Please see below for specifics on certain programs. *Self-advocacy support (instead of case management): Situations where an individual with a disability is encountering trouble in accessing services or needs guidance in navigating the social service or benefits system *Statewide Referral Network (SRN) housing list: Anyone with a 9-digit Medicaid number *Medicare Information/Counseling: Anyone under the age of 60 with a disability (exceptions possible for those age 60 and older who a long-term Advocates for Access customer)
