In general--Children, age four and under, and their parents; as well as expectant parents, in Peoria County, outside the Peoria City limits
Home visiting: Peoria County families outside the Peoria City limits with children birth to age three, as well families expecting a child.
Preschool: Peoria County families outside the Peoria City limits with children age three or four.

Preschool locations include Farmington, Elmwood, Dunlap, Illini Bluffs, Norwood, Oak Grove, Peoria Heights, Pleasant Hill and Princeville. Norwood, Pleasant Hill, and Pleasant Valley preschool locations are half-day, while all others are full day. Special education services are offered as well.
