Located inside Trewyn School,the Wraparound Center is a one-stop shop for students and families to receive therapeutic support and access services and resources from community agencies. It is open to all Peoria families, regardless of whether they have students attending Peoria Public Schools. The Wraparound Center is particularly focused on serving residents in the 61605 zip code. Partner organizations with a presence in the Center include- -OSF Healthcare Strive (Trauma-specific counseling for survivors of violent crime, Case management and advocacy services) -Chestnut Health Systems (Outpatient and group counseling, Substance use/mental health assessment, Help connecting to additional services as appropriate) -Hult Center for Healthy Living -Positive Health Solutions UICOMP (Medical services, Gender affirming and PrEP Services, LGBTQ+ services, Case management, Sexual Health Education, Free STI and HIV testing) -Family Core -The Center for Youth and Family Services -Peoria County (juvenile probation supports) -Prairie State Legal Services -Heartland Health Services -HAND Up Peoria Inc. -Justice Advocates -Juvenile Probation Deployment Program -Regional Office of Education (Truancy) -U of I College of Medicine/Carle Health -Yolanda Riley Law -Peoria Public Schools Day Treatment (through Children's Home)
