FMCS also provides abuse counseling, referral information for community resources and services, and classes for perpetrators of domestic violence. The Rock Island County Health Department acts as the site for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program for Stark, Putnam, Bureau, Henry, Mercer, Rock Island, and Whiteside counties. The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women. Even if a woman has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may receive free treatment through the program if she qualifies.

The Children's Home Association offers behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents, as well as services to the family. Any youth between the ages of 3-20 years old in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties with emotional and behavioral challenges and who are Medicaid eligible can receive in-home therapy. Therapists work closely with the youth to reduce emotional stress and improve interpersonal relationships at home, school, and in the community. Goals are addressed and managed through assessment and diagnosis, individual, group, and family therapy, case management, and psychiatric services as appropriate.

The Illinois Respite Coalition (IRC) is a not-for-profit organization of caregivers and respite providers dedicated to advocating support for families by ensuring access to quality respite services for the residents of Illinois. The IRC is dedicated to spreading the awareness of lifespan respite for caregivers of individuals with special needs. The IRC is able to assist caregivers by connecting them to resources in their area, providing training on respite topics, and offering funding for emergency respite care.
