C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphillis. Free condoms, lubrication, and PrEP/PeP) -Harm Reduction (Free and sterile syringes, safe using supplies, alcohol pads, sterile water, tourniquets, sharps containers, and wound care) -Street Outreach (outreach to people who are living unsheltered, people who use drugs, and people who perform sex work) -Sex Worker Outreach (RUG, the Red Umbrella Group, is a mutual aid, peer support, online community for people involved in sex work. Care teams develop personalized preventive care plans to help patients achieve their physical and mental health goals. Services offered at the Peoria location include primary care, chronic condition care (especially focused on those ages 65+), help navigating Medicare benefits, wellness and preventive care, and immunizations (Flu, COVID-19, and more). Oak Street Health's Peoria Clinic also serves as a cooling or warming center during business hours for those needing a break from extreme temperatures.

Graham Medical Group's Macomb Primary & Specialty Clinic includes women's healthcare, wound care, family medicine services, and orthopedics.

Comfort Keepers provides non-medical in-home assistance.

Community Needs Agency in Chillicothe is an all-volunteer resource center that serves residents of Illinois Valley Central School District 321 (Chillicothe, Rome, Mossville area). All programs and services are income-based. A couple of service clarifications: -Emergency food can be provided as available to clients by appointment only. -One aspect of energy assistance is LIHEAP application assistance, offered by appointment only for clients.

The Heart of Illinois Better Business Bureau can help consumers with pre-purchase decisions, provide educational materials and tips, and resolve disputes. Information is available on businesses and charitable organizations.

The Warm Line presents an opportunity in Illinois for persons with mental health and substance use challenges and their families to receive support by phone. Peer and Family Support Specialists are professionals who have experienced mental health and substance use recovery in their own lives as an individual or family member. They have been trained in recovery support, mentoring, and advocacy and are ready to listen and help you. The warm line is not a crisis hotline, but is a source of support.

Mended Hearts Therapeutic Center provides, promotes, and supports equine-specialized interventions in the areas of therapy and education. In addition to therapeutic approaches involving horses, Mended Hearts offers canine-assisted therapy and traditional talk therapies.

The Fulton County Health Department offers a variety of public health services. Also, there is a Free Overdose Prevention Vending Machine located just inside the front doors, available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

The LGBT National Youth Talkline provides a confidential safe space where youth can speak about sexual orientation or gender identity/expression issues. This includes coming out issues, relationship concerns, bullying, school issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, and much more.

Cordoba Healthcare works with local doctors, nurses, community volunteers, and students to provide a free specialty medical clinic model. Areas of specialization include cardiology, gastroenterology and liver, nephrology (kidney disease), pulmonary, basic dental services (depending on situation), and more. Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Please note that mental health services are not provided.

The Valeska Hinton Early Childhood Education Center is a school for children ages 3 to 7 years old and their families. The early childhood program provides care and education in a developmentally appropriate, NAEYC Accredited environment. Guided by the philosophy that all children can learn, Valeska operates year round serving approximately 400 at-risk children from all areas of Peoria Public Schools. Children will gain accelerated development of social, emotional, language, and cognitive ability in a secure and stable environment. Children enter the center and join one of our four villages. Valeska's villages serve as a hub for many family and community activities.

It Takes A Village of Peoria is aimed at collaborating with organizations, parents, students, teaching personnel, and citizens to support students' academic success. The organization offers a "Village" store inside of Peoria area schools that provides free clothing, school supplies, and food. Assistance is also occasionally available for adults in the general public.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Peoria offers emergency diapers for those in need.

The National Diabetes Association provides information on a variety of diabetes topics, as well as offering specialized referral services for those with the condition.

Skills and Support for Parents and Caregivers of Children Ages 0–17. The Parenting Plus Program is a 12-week class designed for parents, foster parents, grandparents, guardians, and childcare providers who are seeking support in managing common parenting challenges. The program is appropriate for anyone raising children, including those involved with DCFS, the court system, or probation services.

The Children's Home Association of Illinois offers 24-hour crisis intervention services for youth, ages 10 to 17, in Peoria County who have runaway, been "locked out" by a parent, or who refuse to return home after coming in contact with law enforcement. Parents may call to make a referral for youth who have experienced similar problems but who have not yet come in contact with law enforcement. The program works to preserve or reunify the living situation. Services are available for up to three months and may include crisis counseling, mediation, short-term placement, individual/family/group counseling, recreation, skill building, advocacy and linkage to other services.

Narcotics Anonymous offers a 24/7 support line, as well as in-person support groups.
