Providing respite and support to kids in the foster care system. IPS provides short-term placement, stabilization, and services to minors who are at-risk of being removed from a foster home, including traditional foster care, relative foster care, or specialized foster care in Peoria County. Services are based on the ARC model and can include therapy, family support, crisis intervention, tutoring, recreation, school advocacy, and psychosocial education. Children's Home serves as the coordinator for services for youth needing intensive emotional support. FSP is a state-funded program that provides access to intensive mental health services and support to youth with a severe emotional disturbance. The goal of the FSP is to support eligible youth and their families by strengthening family stability, improving clinical outcomes, and promoting community-based services. Every youth enrolled in FSP is assigned to a coordinator who provides case management, access to mental health services, additional community support, and residential treatment when it is determined to be medically necessary. Solvera Health is a comprehensive care center located in Peoria. Solvera partners with many community organizations to provide access to healthcare. Services include on-site pharmacy, physical therapy, labs, and diagnostics. Complimentary transportation is also offered.

The Heartland Health Services Mobile Health Center offers psychiatric and substance use services in Peoria and Pekin. For psychiatric services, the mobile center focuses on psychiatric medication management, but can refer into the main Heartland Health Services provider network for mental health counseling and additional services. For substance use services, the center includes both a counseling component and the option of medication assisted recovery.

Capital Good Fund, a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), provides small, fixed-rate loans and financial coaching to eligible individuals and families in Illinois. Loan products may include auto repair, emergency, immigration-related expenses, home energy efficiency and safety project, and personal loans. This program offers loans, not grants, and repayment is required. Approval is subject to eligibility and underwriting. This service may be appropriate for individuals who are unable to access traditional banking options and are seeking an alternative to high-cost or predatory loans.
