The Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) provides financial and budget planning information. Specifically, to repair credit problems, home purchasing, spending vs. savings issues, tuition assistance, utility cost relief, and more. The FOC tailors’ the unique financial situation of citizens to the resources required to make a financial “Fresh Start.” The program, supported by LISC, helps low-to-moderate income families and individuals achieve financial stability by implementing the integrated services approach. This approach is a new way to offer four core services: 1. Financial coaching and education to help build assets 2. Employment and career development 3. Better access to public benefits 4. Trillium Place on Hamilton, an affiliate of Carle Health, provides walk-in substance use disorder and mental health disorder assessments Monday through Friday from 8am-2pm for residential, outpatient, and medication assisted treatment programs. Other services provided at this location include outpatient substance use disorder counseling, DUI evaluation services, and outpatient mental health counseling. The Veterans Assistance Commission is an agency that is operated by and for veterans. The commission provides aid to those indigent veterans and their families residing in Tazewell County who meet eligibility requirements.

One of the focuses of the Illinois Respite Coalition (IRC) is supporting a safety net for caregivers in crisis. The IRC has Emergency Respite funding stipends for caregivers across Illinois in a planned or unplanned emergency. This program provides funding so caregivers can pay for services they choose. Crisis situations that may qualify for the Emergency Respite Program include, but are not limited to the following circumstances: -Caregiver illness (physical, mental, and/or emotional) -Caregiver hospitalization or doctor appointments -Illness of a loved one -Funeral or wake -Drug or alcohol abuse counseling or support -Care recipient transitions (i.e. living arrangements) -Loss of employment or work related situations -Declining Mental Health

TASC's Adult Criminal Justice Services (ACJS) program is for adults with non-violent felonies in the State of Illinois who have a substance abuse condition.

The Center for Prevention of Abuse is the only agency in the State of Illinois to provide combined services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, and elder/disabled adult abuse. The Center also reaches students age pre-K through college with violence prevention education, as well as abusers with an abuser re-education program.

Age Central is a private, not for profit service agency serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, family caregivers, and grandparents raising grandchildren. One of 13 Area Agencies on Aging in Illinois and one of over 728 in the United States, CIAA is authorized by the Older Americans Act of 1965 as amended, Illinois Act on Aging, and the Illinois Department on Aging to provide services in Fulton, Marshall, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell, Woodford counties.

The Salvation Army of Canton offers the Pathway of Hope, an intensive program designed for individuals and families who are trying to move up the ladder of financial stability. A caseworker will meet with individuals for one hour per week and provide case management that includes setting and achieving goals, personalized plans, and a network of support and resources.
