Patients will learn new coping skills, recovery strategies, build interpersonal skills, and develop social support networks. Accelerated Resolution Therapy ART-Accelerated resolution therapy, is a type of therapy that combines principles from several traditional forms of psychotherapy to reduce the effect of trauma and other psychological stressors by using techniques such as rapid eye movement and image rescripting. ART is geared toward individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) Addictions, and more.
