Safe2HelpIL is a 24/7 program where students can use a free app, text/phone, and website (Safe2HelpIL.com) to share information on school safety issues in a confidential environment. Once vetted, the information provided will be shared with local district and school officials and/or local PSAP/9-1-1 call center, depending on the nature of the information shared. The Safe2Help program is a confidential help line. Reporters will be encouraged to provide their name and contact information, but it is not a requirement. Information received by Safe2Help is exempt from the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reporting rules and can only be accessed under limited conditions by a court order.

The organization serves the communities of central Illinois through youth health education programs, senior programs, mental health programs, and cancer programs and services.

The Veterans Assistance program is an emergency and interim financial assistance program and should not be considered to be an ongoing financial supportive program. All assistance provided by the VACPC is predicated on an established standard of need as set forth by IDHS. It is not the intent of either the Commission or the County to provide assistance either less than or in excess of the levels of assistance adopted by IDHS. The following assistance is given upon qualification: *Food Orders and Personal Items: Depending on size of family. *Utilities and Fuel: Utility payments will be made, providing the applicant qualifies in other respects. No deposits or past due bills will be paid to the utility company. *Rent Payments: This Veterans Assistance office does not pay security deposits, back rents or home finding fees. Rents shall not be paid to relatives unless it is a separate rental dwelling. *Transportation: The VA will provide Transportation for the veteran to the local Veterans Medical Center by the least expensive means when necessary.

The mission of the Farmworker and Landscaper Advocacy Project (FLAP)- Ayuda para Trabajadores- is to improve working conditions for migrant and seasonal workers in Illinois, including low-income farmworkers, landscapers, snow plowing workers, packinghouse workers, cannery workers, and meat and poultry workers and their households. FLAP can provide referrals for a variety of free legal services.

The Fulton County Health Department offers a variety of public health services. Also, there is a Free Overdose Prevention Vending Machine located just inside the front doors, available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

The Farmington Area Food Pantry serves the Farmington, IL school district and Elmwood. There are no income requirements.

The MECA Center of Peoria and Product of the Project offer the Community Food Pantry on Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., providing a wide selection of fresh and non-perishable food items.

The Mackinaw Community Center Food Pantry is available to Mackinaw and Deer Creek residents on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month. In addition to food boxes, the food pantry provides school supplies for any child in need that attends Dee Mack schools.
