MSW Projects' Meals on Wheels program provides home-delivered meals and congregate meal sites for individuals age 60 and over, as well as certain individuals under age 60 with disabilities. In Marshall County, MSW Projects' Meals on Wheels program delivers to Lacon, Toluca, Henry, Varna, Sparland, and Wenona. In Stark County, the service delivers to Bradford, Wyoming, Toulon, and LaFayette. In Woodford County, MSW Projects delivers to Low Point, Metamora, Roanoke, and Washburn. There are two congregate meal sites in Stark County: Bradford and Toulon.

When calling into the office, you might get a recorded message stating that the phones are disconnected, the number cannot be completed as dialed, all circuits are busy, etc. The type of message you receive varies based on your phone carrier. There can be thousands of customers calling on a given day, and Tazwood has around 20 staff answering the phones and scheduling appointments. It is important to remember that LIHEAP runs from October 1, 2025 - August 15, 2026, or until funding is exhausted.
