Children's Home offers a family focused, strengths-based care coordination and wrap-around service for youth with complex behavioral health needs. Children's Home is the Care Coordination and Support Organization (CCSO) for Pathways to Success in Central Illinois, serving as a centralized leader with a dedicated and trained team of coordinators that offer support to clients and families. Pathways is a program for Medicaid-enrolled youth under the age of 21 in Illinois who have complex behavioral health needs and could benefit from additional support. Care coordinators collaborate closely with community services to help build supports in the home, school, and community. The goal of the Pathways program is to improve family functioning, reduce caregiver stress, provide stability for at-risk youth in the home, improve school attendance, and reduce hospitalization. TASC's Adult Criminal Justice Services (ACJS) program is for adults with non-violent felonies in the State of Illinois who have a substance abuse condition.

The OSF Strive Trauma Recovery Program provides trauma-informed therapy, case management, and legal advocacy services for individuals age 6 and up in Peoria County who are survivors of, witnesses to, or family members of survivors (or victims in cases of murder) of violent crime. Services are offered at several locations, including OSF Hospital and Emergency Department, OSF Outpatient office (214Pecan St., Peoria 61602), Manual Academy (and some other Peoria Public Schools), Wrap-Around Center in Trewyn, and in homes and other locations as needed.

Children's Home serves as the coordinator for services for youth needing intensive emotional support. FSP is a state-funded program that provides access to intensive mental health services and support to youth with a severe emotional disturbance. The goal of the FSP is to support eligible youth and their families by strengthening family stability, improving clinical outcomes, and promoting community-based services. Every youth enrolled in FSP is assigned to a coordinator who provides case management, access to mental health services, additional community support, and residential treatment when it is determined to be medically necessary. The Gateway Foundation's Peoria location provides outpatient psychiatric care and substance use treatment (and linkage with/transportation to inpatient treatment at their other Illinois locations) for people age 18+. Additionally, the location offers mental health services to patients who may require individual therapy or medication management, regardless of whether or not they have a substance use condition.

The Living Room Program at Trillium Place Crisis Center, an affiliate of Carle Health, provides 24/7 walk in mental health services for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis. Services offered include support by certified recovery specialists, assistance with problem solving and goal settings, crisis intervention and safety planning, linkage to referrals, such as food, housing and healthcare services, and healthy refreshments. Proudly affiliated with Carle Health, Trillium Place is a not-for-profit organization originally formed in April 2019 by joining UnityPoint Health Behavioral Health Services, the Human Service Center, and Tazwood Center for Wellness.
