Areas of specialization include cardiology, gastroenterology and liver, nephrology (kidney disease), pulmonary, basic dental services (depending on situation), and more. Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Sun Meals To Go is a federal program sponsored by the USDA. ANY family with children aged 1-18 qualifies for this program. There is NO income limit or range. The program offers 14 free shelf-stable meals per child per week. Families need to register and choose a pick-up location that suits their needs.
