The Healthier Homes Initiative is a no-cost program providing eligible Ameren Illinois residential customers with home upgrades and minor repairs to improve safety, comfort, indoor air quality and overall home health. Eligible customers may receive energy efficiency improvements to their home such as air sealing, insulation, lighting replacement, ventilation and moisture control measures, and other safety measures. Upgrades and minor repairs are based on an assessment conducted by qualified contractors.

This learning track boasts 3,961 feet of curves, one-way streets, a four-lane divided highway, traffic signals, overpasses, ramps and 79 various traffic signs. It provides a great place for younger riders to learn the rules of the road or a safe arena for older, more experienced riders to have fun. Please bring your own bikes and wear a properly-fitted and adjusted helmet at all times. There is a covered bleacher seating area, picnic tables, and drinking fountain — plus a brand new family restroom, picnic shelter and toddler playground appropriate for children ages 2-5. The Safety Town track and grounds are open daily, dawn to dusk, and are free of charge.
