Trillium Place Pekin, an affiliate of Carle Health, provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services for adults and adolescents ages 13-17. DUI evaluations and related services are also available at this location. Positive Health Solutions provides a wide variety of services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and the LGBTQ+ population, as well as certain outreach/prevention programs for the general public*. The Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission fulfills four core roles: 1. Office of State Guardian (OSG) Substituted Decision-Maker: *Provides guardianship for individuals with a disability who would not have a guardian otherwise (court finds no family or other individuals willing or able to help) *Provides Information & Referral assistance related to guardianship inquiries through its toll-free intake line *Offers training on guardianship and guardianship alternatives 2. Legal Advocacy Service (LAS)--Legal Assistance for Persons with Disabilities: *Acts as legal advocate for those with mental health conditions to protect their mental health rights *Handles appeals of civil mental health court cases *Educates the public on mental health rights *Assists with advanced directives (Living Will, Mental Health Treatment Preference Declaration, Power of Attorney for Health Care, and Practitioner Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST) 3. The Illinois Central College Children's Center offers a developmentally appropriate program for children ages 2 to 6. The goal is to help children develop a positive sense of self by promoting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through play. The Children's Center also offers drop-in care for a higher fee for children who are not regularly scheduled to attend.

Prospect United Methodist Church in Dunlap offers a food pantry for residents of Northern Peoria County.

St. Francis Woods is an Illinois-certified supportive living facility in Peoria, Illinois. It provides an alternative to nursing home care for individuals age 65 and over with low incomes because it accepts Medicaid. Private pay residents are welcomed as well. As a participant in the state's Supportive Living Program,the facility offers personalized care and individual attention to all residents while providing them with the services they need to remain independent. The campus is nestled on 7 wooded acres, providing a an opportunity to observe wildlife and enjoy the changing scenery throughout the year.

The Addiction Recovery Center at Carle Health Proctor Hospital provides a comprehensive range of substance use disorder services. The Addiction Recovery Center offers inpatient and outpatient treatment programs for adults aged 18 and older. Programs include withdrawal management, medically monitored inpatient, partial hospitalization (with and without boarding), outpatient, early intervention, and medication assisted recovery. Services are also available for adults with behavioral addictions such as compulsive gambling, food, sexual addiction, internet, video game, shopping/spending and chronic pain with addiction.
