Sterling Towers provides income-based housing for people age 50+ or age 18+ with a disabling condition (physical, mental, or developmental). Applicants who are age 50+ are given preference. The towers are composed of an 11-floor high rise known as Sterling East (90 units) and a 4-floor mid-rise known as Sterling West (95 units).
