Day services also include showers and cooling/warming center availability for their eligible population (single women; mothers with children; single fathers with children; couples with and without children; and other family units) even if they are not staying at the Dream Center.

October Appointments - priority scheduling for:
-Seniors (60 & over)
-Disabled individuals
-Families with children 5 & under
-Households disconnected or under imminent threat of disconnection
November-Open enrollment for all households.
In addition to LIHEAP, Tri-Counties Opportunities Council offers the "Neighbor to Neighbor" program for possible utility assistance.
