The Valeska Hinton Early Childhood Education Center is a school for children ages 3 to 7 years old and their families. Our early childhood program provides care and education in a developmentally appropriate, NAEYC Accredited environment. Guided by the philosophy that all children can learn, Valeska operates year round serving approximately 400 at-risk children from all areas of Peoria Public Schools. Children will gain accelerated development of social, emotional, language, and cognitive ability in a secure and stable environment, children enter the center and join one of our four villages. Valeska's villages serve as a hub for many family and community activities.
