The Pekin Preschool Family Education Center's Prenatal to Three Program offers the following: -Free personal home visits (bi-weekly) -Build and develop family's strengths and goals -Ages and Stages developmental screenings for children -Friendly parent groups to meet and socialize with other parents -Connections to resources and other agencies in the area -Special family events throughout the year -Play groups to encourage peer social interaction -Toy and Book Lending Library -Research-based Baby Talk curriculum for children prenatal to 3 years old -Educational activities -Spanish-speaking Family Educator available

The Valeska Hinton Early Childhood Education Center is a school for children ages 3 to 7 years old and their families. The early childhood program provides care and education in a developmentally appropriate, NAEYC Accredited environment. Guided by the philosophy that all children can learn, Valeska operates year round serving approximately 400 at-risk children from all areas of Peoria Public Schools. Children will gain accelerated development of social, emotional, language, and cognitive ability in a secure and stable environment. Children enter the center and join one of our four villages. Valeska's villages serve as a hub for many family and community activities.

Peoria County Bright Futures offers several programs for children, age four and under, and their parents; as well as for expectant parents. Among the most prominent programs are preschool and home visiting. Preschool locations include Farmington, Elmwood, Dunlap, Illini Bluffs, Norwood, Oak Grove, Peoria Heights, Pleasant Hill and Princeville. Special education services are offered as well.

WCSEA provides a full continuum of special education services to eight school districts in Woodford County, Illinois. The association also coordinates Preschool for All.

SEAPCO partners with member districts and families to to serve students with diverse educational needs in all Peoria County school districts, except for District 150.
