The purpose of the Miller Center is to serve the needs and interests of older adults (age 50+) in Pekin.
The Miller Center offers transportation, activities, and serves as a central information and referral center. Contact for information or assistance concerning education, nutrition, health issues, legal aid, employment, transportation, recreation, social counseling, and cultural topics for mature adults.

PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid risk-based care program that offers comprehensive, team-based medical and social services for seniors through collaborating health care agencies, allowing older older adults to age at home (as opposed to entering a nursing facility). PACE also brings relief to the growing number of family caregivers who are meeting the health care and social needs of older adults every day.

OSF PACE takes care of all health care needs, including:
-24-hour access to care team
-Adult day services (up to five days a week)
-Emergency services
-Outpatient care
-Hearing care
-Home care, including home care aides, personal care help and chore services
-Inpatient hospital and nursing home care
-Laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
-Medical and non-medical transportation services
-Medical supplies and appliances
-Nutrition support and special diet assistance
-Physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies
-Prescription drugs
-Psychiatric care
-Respite care
-Routine preventive care (dentist, eye doctor, podiatrist, etc.)
-Palliative care and end-of-life services
