DCP Mobile provides laundry and showers to those in need during the spring, summer, and fall. Dates and locations are posted on the Dream Center Peoria Facebook page. During the winter months, the Dream Center offers "Wash Wednesdays" at their location at 714 Hamilton Blvd in Peoria.

Phoenix Community Development Services' PATH program provides outreach and support to individuals in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, and Fulton counties who are experiencing homelessness and have a serious mental illness and/or substance abuse condition.
