The purpose of the Miller Center is to serve the needs and interests of older adults (age 50+) in Pekin. The Miller Center offers transportation, activities, and serves as a central information and referral center. The East Bluff Community Center works with non-profit organizations to provide quality programs to the East Bluff of Peoria, IL. Areas of focus include child and youth development, family and community enrichment, and education. The EBCC offers a food pantry on the first four Saturdays of each month.

The Greater Peoria Family YMCA offers a multi-purpose facility, immediately off of Willow Knolls Dr. Memberships include: group fitness classes, outdoor summer pool, group fitness classes, two full-sized basketball courts, and youth programs. The facility also offers child care and after school, school break, and various other programs that do not require a membership.
