The Peoria Medical Society offers many services to the physician members and patients, but one of the most useful and unknown services is the Credentialing Service. The Peoria Medical Society researches and provides a written verification of all training, fellowships and affiliations of all physicians and advanced practice providers for all three area hospitals. Not only does this service assist the hospitals in deciding who will be allowed to provide care in their facilities, but it also insures the validity of the credentials of health care professionals for our the patients in our area.
