The Rock Island County Health Department acts as the site for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program for Stark, Putnam, Bureau, Henry, Mercer, Rock Island, and Whiteside counties. The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women.
