CCSI - Case Coordination, LLC is a non-profit organization that serves as a Case Coordination Unit for the Community Care Program, contracted by the Illinois Department on Aging, for Peoria County (ACM Care covers the City of Peoria) and Fulton County. CCSI will initially provide a care coordinator to visit the home and conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the needs of the person. The coordinator will then work with the person and family members to the link the person with needed services and resources. These can include in-home services, adult day care, home delivered or congregate meals, transportation options, assistive devices, and more.

The Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) provides financial and budget planning information. Specifically, to repair credit problems, home purchasing, spending vs. savings issues, tuition assistance, utility cost relief, and more. The FOC tailors’ the unique financial situation of citizens to the resources required to make a financial “Fresh Start.” The program, supported by LISC, helps low-to-moderate income families and individuals achieve financial stability by implementing the integrated services approach. This approach is a new way to offer four core services: 1. Financial coaching and education to help build assets 2. Employment and career development 3. Better access to public benefits 4. Life skills training This strategy creates new opportunities for individuals and helps connect employers to well-prepared workers. Open to all Peoria and Tri-County residents.

The American Heart Association provides public education and advocacy focused on heart and blood pressure health in a variety of ways, including through CPR & first aid training, healthy lifestyle information, community organization partnerships & grants (e.g., food pantry storage capacity for nutritional items), and science-based treatment guidelines for healthcare professionals.

Henry County Public Transportation provides demand response (transportation by appointment), curb to curb service throughout Henry, Stark, and Western Bureau Counties. The service also travels to: -Illinois side of the Quad Cities every Tuesday -Princeton the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month -Galesburg the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month -Peoria every Thursday The vehicle arrives at these further destinations by 10:30 A.M. and departs to come back no later than 1:15 P.M. The mission of the Farmworker and Landscaper Advocacy Project (FLAP)- Ayuda para Trabajadores- is to improve working conditions for migrant and seasonal workers in Illinois, including low-income farmworkers, landscapers, snow plowing workers, packinghouse workers, cannery workers, and meat and poultry workers and their households. FLAP can provide referrals for a variety of free legal services.

Boys & Girls Clubs Families 2000 is a "Parent as Teachers" affiliate. The program is focused on preparing children age newborn to three for the academic system through family empowerment strategies such as enhancing parenting skills, counseling, home visitation, healthy living skills guidance, developmental screening, and creative activities to empower families to manage everyday life changes. The Resource House provides guidance and referral services to Stark County residents seeking assistance with various needs.

The Gateway Foundation's Peoria location provides outpatient psychiatric care and substance use treatment (and linkage with/transportation to inpatient treatment at their other Illinois locations) for people age 18+. Additionally, the location offers mental health services to patients who may require individual therapy or medication management, regardless of whether or not they have a substance use condition.

Early Learning For All (ELFA) is a part of Peoria Regional Office of Education and encompasses programming and services for ages prenatal through five. ELFA's two main programs, Preschool For All and Home Visiting, are both funded through the Illinois State Board of Education's Early Childhood Block Grant. ELFA supports families from all over the county and has no district residency requirements. Preschool for All has locations at St. Paul Baptist Church in Peoria, and at Hollis Grade School and Oak Grove School in Bartonville. These locations are all full day (8:15-3:15) Home Visiting focuses on partnering, facilitating, and reflecting with families while working to develop children's motor, language, intellectual, and social-emotional skills.
