CCSI - Case Coordination, LLC is a non-profit organization that serves as a Case Coordination Unit for the Community Care Program, contracted by the Illinois Department on Aging, for Peoria County (ACM Care covers the City of Peoria) and Fulton County. CCSI will initially provide a care coordinator to visit the home and conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the needs of the person. The coordinator will then work with the person and family members to the link the person with needed services and resources. These can include in-home services, adult day care, home delivered or congregate meals, transportation options, assistive devices, and more.

Eureka Area Meals on Wheels offers hot, nutritious meals Monday through Friday to anyone who could benefit from the service. Meals can be ordered daily, a few days a week, or as needed under special circumstances. The program currently delivers to Eureka, Roanoke, and Metamora.

Age Central is a provider of home-delivered meals for seniors in Fulton County. Please note that there is a fee for this service. If 60 years of age and older, and interested in possibly free meals and additional in-home services, please contact CCSI (309-647-2222) instead. For those under 60 with a disabling condition, please contact your local Illinois Department of Rehabilitation Services (309-833-4573).

We Care, Inc. offers Meals on Wheels for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and persons recovering from an illness in Morton and Rural Tazewell County.

Putnam County Community Center offers congregate meals/nutrition sites.

In Stark County, the service delivers to Bradford, Wyoming, Toulon, and LaFayette. In Woodford County, MSW Projects delivers to Low Point, Metamora, Roanoke, and Washburn. There are two congregate meal sites in Stark County: Bradford and Toulon.

The Pekin Outreach Initiative's Outreach Center offers a place for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Pekin to access showers, laundry services, personal care items, and meals. SUN Meals TO GO is a federal program sponsored by the USDA. ANY family with children aged 1-18 qualifies for this program. There is NO income limit or range. This year there will be ONCE A WEEK distribution from Peoria Skeet and Trap Club at 1470 Spring Bay Rd. in East Peoria, IL.

VDC provides assistance to veterans to help them remain in their homes and is a more flexible option than traditional in-home services.
