The HOPE Chest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that sells and sometimes donates furniture, appliances, and other household items. The organization also offers a food and pet pantry. Please note that the pantry is at 1416 N. 8th St.

The Salvation Army Canton & Fulton County 360 Life Center offers a variety of services for Fulton County residents in need. This location partners with Loving Bottoms to offer diapers, wipes, period kits including pads and tampons, as well as adult diapers and bed pads. In addition to their many usual services, The Salvation Army is also offering flood clean-up kits/buckets for those affected by the August 2026 flood.

ACM Care is a non-profit organization that serves as a Case Coordination Unit for the Community Care Program, contracted by the Illinois Department on Aging, for the City of Peoria, Tazewell County, Woodford County, Marshall County, and Stark County. ACM will initially provide a care coordinator to visit the home and conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the needs of the person. The coordinator will then work with the person and family members to the link the person with needed services and resources. These can include in-home services, adult day care, home delivered or congregate meals, transportation options, assistive devices, and more.

Hand Up Peoria offers a food pantry twice per month (2nd & 4th Thursday, usually), as well as a hygiene item pantry (2nd & 4th Wednesday, usually). Thursday pantry items include food, meat, some refrigerated items and fruits as available, and bread. Wednesday hygiene items include incontinence supplies, feminine hygiene items, baby needs (diapers & wipes, primarily), and other hygiene products.
