The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program is for families with children and pregnant women who need temporary cash assistance. Those receiving TANF also receive medical assistance. Most TANF families also receive SNAP benefits to buy food.

The Graham Health System mental/behavioral health care staff includes Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), a Licensed Clinical Practice Counselor (LCPC), and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). These professionals provide support to adults, teens, and children seeking diagnosis, short or long-term treatment (including medication, when appropriate), and management of mental and emotional health challenges. The Aging and Senior Assistance Helpline acts as a portal to various services offered by the Illinois Department on Aging, including inquiring about senior health insurance (Medicare-related questions), checking Benefit Access application status, and more.
