Trillium Place Pekin, an affiliate of Carle Health, provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services for adults and adolescents ages 13-17. DUI evaluations and related services are also available at this location. The MSAA Equipment Distribution Program offers clients products designed to improve safety, dignity, mobility, and independence. MSAA provides these products at no charge and ships directly to the client. Items distributed through the program include home safety products such as shower chairs and grab bars, as well as mobility devices including canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.

First Hand Foundation is a public 501(c)(3) organization that provides funding for individual children—both domestically and globally—who need assistance with clinical necessities (such as surgery, medication and therapy), medical equipment and travel related to care. Other services provided at this location include outpatient substance use disorder counseling, DUI evaluation services, and outpatient mental health counseling. The Western Illinois Regional Council manages weatherization for Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Knox, McDonough, and Warren counties. Weatherization includes inspection & possible repair/replacement of a heating system, inspection & possible repair/replacement of a water heater, insulation of walls & attics, and repair of doors & windows. Please note that the furnace repair/replacement under weatherization is distinct from the LIHEAP furnace program, which is handled by the local LIHEAP organization and tends to be faster (it would be best to inquire about both if that is the need).

The Addiction Recovery Center at Carle Health Proctor Hospital provides a comprehensive range of substance use disorder services. The Addiction Recovery Center offers inpatient and outpatient treatment programs for adults aged 18 and older. Programs include withdrawal management, medically monitored inpatient, partial hospitalization (with and without boarding), outpatient, early intervention, and medication assisted recovery. Services are also available for adults with behavioral addictions such as compulsive gambling, food, sexual addiction, internet, video game, shopping/spending and chronic pain with addiction.
