Community Needs Agency in Chillicothe is an all-volunteer resource center that serves residents of Illinois Valley Central School District 321 (Chillicothe, Rome, Mossville area). All programs and services are income-based. The Children's Home Association offers behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents, as well as services to the family. Any youth between the ages of 3-20 years old in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties with emotional and behavioral challenges and who are Medicaid eligible can receive in-home therapy.
