St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Minonk has a 24/7 food pantry at the top of the church ramp, on the east side of the church, available to residents of Minonk in need. Food, cleaning, hygiene items, and pet food are consistently stocked. In addition, St. Pat's has items for new mothers/infants, including diapers, wipes, water, formula, clothing, and blankets. Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) is a Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition program of men and women who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes. Membership also includes adults from homes where alcohol or drugs were not present; however, abuse, neglect or unhealthy behavior was. Members meet to share their experience and recovery in an atmosphere of mutual respect, discovering the impacts of alcoholism and other family dysfunction. The Heartland Health Services Mobile Health Center offers psychiatric and substance use services in Peoria and Pekin. For psychiatric services, the mobile center focuses on psychiatric medication management, but can refer into the main Heartland Health Services provider network for mental health counseling and additional services. For substance use services, the center includes both a counseling component and the option of medication assisted recovery.

Gateway Woods provides adoption services, which includes education about adoption options, counseling about adoption decision, adoption planning, matching with prospective adoptive parents, placement of children voluntarily relinquished for adoption domestically, financial assistance, and support and follow up after placement.
