The Fulton County Health Department serves as a site for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program for Fulton, McDonough, and Schuyler counties. The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women. Even if a woman has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may receive free treatment through the program if she qualifies.

The Arc of Illinois Family-to-Family Health Information Center works with families and professionals to assist with questions and concerns related to the health of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and disabilities under the age of 22.
