Substance use disorder programs include inpatient, outpatient, medication assisted treatment, and detoxification services. Children's Home offers a family focused, strengths-based care coordination and wrap-around service for youth with complex behavioral health needs. Children's Home is the Care Coordination and Support Organization (CCSO) for Pathways to Success in Central Illinois, serving as a centralized leader with a dedicated and trained team of coordinators that offer support to clients and families. Pathways is a program for Medicaid-enrolled youth under the age of 21 in Illinois who have complex behavioral health needs and could benefit from additional support. Care coordinators collaborate closely with community services to help build supports in the home, school, and community. The goal of the Pathways program is to improve family functioning, reduce caregiver stress, provide stability for at-risk youth in the home, improve school attendance, and reduce hospitalization. The mission of Suzan Ortman Caregiver Support is to provide informative and educational support meetings for caregivers in the El Paso community, as well as to encourage peer group discussions, allowing caregivers to openly share their experiences and journeys. In addition, the group strives to engage the community in raising awareness about caregiving and inspire future generations to learn and understand its importance across all ages. To achieve this, monthly Caregiver Support meetings and Community Education Sessions are offered at the El Paso Public Library. The initiative also includes the "Be KIND to Your MIND" Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Group, which meets at the library as well.

Women's Care Center is faith-based organization that offers free, confidential counseling, support, and education to women facing unplanned pregnancies. Services include confirmation of pregnancy and ultrasounds, but the center does not provide ongoing prenatal care or abortions. In addition to the listed services, the Women's Care Center offers the following program: Crib Club/BABE The Crib Club/BABE program provides cribs, diapers, clothing and other baby items under an incentive system that rewards participation in parenting classes, prenatal care and other programs.
