Children's Home offers a family focused, strengths-based care coordination and wrap-around service for youth with complex behavioral health needs. Children's Home is the Care Coordination and Support Organization (CCSO) for Pathways to Success in Central Illinois, serving as a centralized leader with a dedicated and trained team of coordinators that offer support to clients and families. Pathways is a program for Medicaid-enrolled youth under the age of 21 in Illinois who have complex behavioral health needs and could benefit from additional support. Care coordinators collaborate closely with community services to help build supports in the home, school, and community. The goal of the Pathways program is to improve family functioning, reduce caregiver stress, provide stability for at-risk youth in the home, improve school attendance, and reduce hospitalization. The Parenting Plus Program is a 12-week class designed for parents, foster parents, grandparents, guardians, and childcare providers who are seeking support in managing common parenting challenges. The program is appropriate for anyone raising children, including those involved with DCFS, the court system, or probation services.

Cordoba Healthcare works with local doctors, nurses, community volunteers, and students to provide a free specialty medical clinic model. Areas of specialization include cardiology, gastroenterology and liver, nephrology (kidney disease), pulmonary, basic dental services (depending on situation), and more. Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Please note that mental health services are not provided.

Women's Care Center is faith-based organization that offers free, confidential counseling, support, and education to women facing unplanned pregnancies. Services include confirmation of pregnancy and ultrasounds, but the center does not provide ongoing prenatal care or abortions.
