Illinois VINE is available online at www.vinelink.com, a public website that allows visitors to search for offender custody and case status. Users can register online for notification of changes in an offender's custody and/or court case status. Notifications are available by email, text messages, phone calls, and through the VINE application for mobile devices. In addition, toll-free phone support is available 24/7/365 for callers who need help locating an offender, registering for notifications, or accessing victim services in their area. Over 200 languages are available via live operator support.

The Salvation Army shelter in the gym at the same location is open overnight 5pm-10:30am, Monday through Sunday, for warming or cooling. Usually limited to 10-15 people at most for this purpose.

The Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program's (IHWAP) primary purpose is helping low-income Illinois residents save energy and money while increasing the comfort of their homes. IHWAP accomplishes this by installing weatherization measures that pay for themselves over their expected service life. IHWAP also addresses home health and safety issues where they are connected to home energy and indoor air quality. IHWAP is not a home improvement nor a home rehabilitation program. Areas that weatherization focuses on include: properly running and efficient heat source, attic and sidewall insulation, caulking and weather stripping existing doors and windows. IHWAP is NOT a door or window replacement program. If a home has major structural or health & safety concerns, it will be deferred from IHWAP. Tazwood Community Services acts as the Home Weatherization Assistance Program for Tazewell, Woodford, and Peoria counties.

The line also accepts reports for the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, which investigates mistreatment and poor living conditions in long-term care facilities. This service is open to individuals age 18 or older who are either a current resident, a prospective resident, or a former resident of a long-term care facility.
