Mother's War On Violence is a 501c3 organization and a podcast hosted by Yolanda Wallace, an Urbana native who lives in Peoria, Illinois. Yolanda lost her son, Jon Buckley, to gun violence in 2006. Her organization and the accompanying podcast aim to help prevent community violence. The podcast is a co-production of WCBU Peoria Public Radio.
